Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.
You can also track your order from Your Orders section in your account.
Live tracking is available for Express and Same-Day delivery orders.
Tracking updates are refreshed every 2–4 hours for standard shipments.
Important Notes
- 1. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary during sale events, public holidays, or extreme weather.
- 2. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day (business days only).
- 3. Delivery to remote PIN codes may take additional 2–3 days beyond the stated timeline.
- 4. In case of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will retry up to 2 more times.
- 5. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to the vendor and a refund initiated.
- 6. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹10,000 in eligible pin codes.
